1. Introduction
At Telvimo S.R.L. (hereinafter, «Telvimo», «we»), registered at Av. Arce N° 2799, Multicine Building, Floor 12, La Paz, Bolivia, we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Bolivian Law No. 164 on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies, Supreme Decree No. 1793 and international best practices on data protection.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms: full name and email address. We also register anonymised technical data (truncated IP address, device type and browser) for statistical purposes.
3. Use of information
We use your data to: (i) inform you about upcoming real estate crowdlending opportunities in Bolivia; (ii) send you Telvimo-related communications; (iii) comply with legal obligations; and (iv) improve our services. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update, object to or request the deletion of your personal data by writing to hola@telvimo.com. We will respond within 15 business days.
5. Retention
We retain your data while your subscription is active or during the periods required by Bolivian regulations. Once you unsubscribe, data is securely deleted within a maximum of 90 days.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access control, audited backups) to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
